Toyota has introduced a new safety feature on the Innova Hycross. The 2025 edition of the Hycross Hybrid gets an Acoustic Vehicle Warning System (AVAS).



AVAS is available on the VX, VX(O) and ZX(O) variants. The system uses external speakers to warn pedestrians and other road users of the vehicle’s presence by emitting a sound. It is activated at low speeds when the Hycross Hybrid is driven in EV mode.

Toyota has also made other minor changes to the Innova Hycross. The ‘Hybrid’ badge has been replaced with a new ‘HEV’ badge.



There are no mechanical changes, though. The MPV is available with the same 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 2.0-litre petrol strong-hybrid powertrains.

The 2025 Innova Hycross is priced from Rs 19.09 lakh to Rs 31.34 lakh (ex-showroom).
