This one is a capable car. In the given price range, I think its the only car which comes with a torque converter. Test rode in August. I was told updated version will be coming soon. Will have automatic climate control and other features.

Yes. But still it doesn't have climate control ac. I was told they will put climate control ac, same like Basalt.

Citroen needs to finalize list of all features and provide them on C3 Aircross in one go. Incrementally adding features works great for software but not for hardware and cars.

Most of these features cannot retrofitted in previous gen cars and owners and possible buyers lose confidence.

Nobody wants to buy a car, then find out couple of months later that new feature has been added and it would have been better to wait for some months and buy newer car with more features.

Absolutely true.

All the features which have been added in the recent update were the bare minimum essential features, that should have been there during the launch itself.

Their competitors offered much better feature set a decade ago. For instance, a 2013 Grand I10 is much better loaded(smart key with Push button start, auto folding orvms, pull type chrome door handles, rear ac vents, cooled glove box and so on) than a 2024 Citroen C3.

In addition to that, the design language of Citroen is too boring, which doesn't have any wow factor.

Don't know what the folks at Citroen are upto.

They still lack features like Cruise control and things which are offered in cars in segment below. I just dont see how long they will last by selling 500 cars a year. They need to kill it with the facelifts of c3 and aircross next year

Re: Citroen Aircross Xplorer Edition launched in India

I’ve never seen a single one on the road. Either the Aircross or the Basalt. No clue what their marketing strategy is. Even down in the dumps Nissan with a single offering like Magnite probably outsells Citroen as a whole.
