Honda rolls out ‘Assured Buyback Program’ in partnership with Cars24

Honda has partnered with Cars24 to offer a new ‘Assured Buyback Program’ to customers. It has been introduced as part of ‘The Great Honda Fest’ campaign. According to the company, it will offer customers a guaranteed resale value, while encouraging smoother upgrades to new models over time.

Honda is doing things only which Honda can do. Instead of launching new products, they are finding ways to sell their old products.

Honda is truly clueless. Sad to see but it is what it is.

Assured buy back. But will obviously be governed by market rates. I don’t understand how that is a big deal. They are not assuring a fixed percentage depreciation, which no one can. I would have preferred their re-launching Elevate as hybrid or with a 360 degrees camera instead or even better sound insulation.

Has anyone enquired regarding the actual buyback value after, say, 8 or 9 years? Honda says guaranteed value so I'm guessing it must be some specific value or a range, in absolute numbers?
