I guess next is Tata Motors launching a Diesel CNG Automatic (sarcasm but with an appreciation) Appreciate the innovations and risks Tata Motors is taking for the benefit of customers. Today a customer walking inside a Tata Motors Showroom cannot give any excuse on body type, fuel choice and transmission type. If not their cars, it's time to buy Tata Motors Shares

Expect to see blockbuster numbers for this car with the introduction of CNG. The pull of lower running costs and good boot space. In NCR the Brezza and even the Grand Vitara are seen very frequently in CNG versions courtesy the easy availability.

On a side note is this the most powerful factory fitted CNG car? 99 Bhp!

The time to buy is already passed. But I will agree Tata has everything for any buyer today. You name the option they have it.

Yes, Toyota Hyryder and Grand Vitara just make 87.8 PS of power with 121.5 nm of torque. This is getting 100 PS power with 170 nm of torque.

In the team bhp news post text it is written that it gets AMT. Tiago and Tigor already get AMT CNG.

I believe Nexon is the only car in our market sold in all available fuel options - Petrol, Diesel, CNG and Electric. Kudos to Tata. This is not an easy feat - especially considering the ever-tightening emission norms.

It has by far the most diverse options of powertrains available. Petrol, diesel and CNG, in various combinations with 5MT, 6MT, 6AMT and 7DCT gearboxes. And EV with two different motors and three different battery sizes. No other car comes close to offering so much choice to the buyer.

AMT Prices to be revealed later, Says Autocar

No DCA ... May be the weight. However, wait Nexon is already overweight

If an AMT gearbox is approximately 50 KG, a DCA may be around 90 KG

Re: Tata Nexon CNG launched at Rs 8.99 lakh; India's first Turbo CNG SUV

Tata Motors has done a commendable job offering CNG with a Turbo Petrol engine and that too with a 6 speed transmission throughout the line-up. Yes, no automatic yet but wait, which other manufacturer is even thinking about it? The main issue with Tata is the reliablity and longevity of its engine.
I currently own a Tigor iCNG, have clocked about 80k in 2.5 years without any issue with the engine but the fear still lingers. This maybe due to the following reasons:
1. The vibrations only increased with time causes smaller parts like a nut bolts of plastic parts to loosen up which can cause problems later on.
2. Fit and finish is of the lowest standards.
3. Questionable service centres. I haven't faced any major issue with service when I got it done from a particular service centre in Delhi. But as soon as I step out of Delhi to Gurugram & Rewari, the degradation in behavior & work quality quite drastic, which I feel is pushing buyers away from Tata.

Are you sure that the vibrations are not caused because of failing engine mounts? It's quite strange that you're experiencing unknown vibrations at this mileage.
Also I thought that the fit and finish on the Tiago was acceptable for its class.

Thanks, I will surely get it checked the next time I visit the service centre.
But as far as fit & finish is concerned, other manufacturers offer better.
