This is absurd, inappropriate, abominable, gruesome, pathetic and impractical rule which is imposed by the government.

There thinkheads are clueless and hopeless at the best.

The major cause of pollution are not the diesel petrol cars of Delhi/NCR on which they have gained mammoth taxes but other commerical and 'sarkari' sources, on which they can never impose any rules or regulations. These people are good for nothing.

I think I have realized that there is no point in complaining. Nobody cares a wink about the common people.

So, brace yourselves and do whatever best can be done for the EOL vehicles in Delhi. Sell, donate, or gift the vehicle ahead of the expiry date.

Make peace with the scrappage policy. It does not look like changing anytime soon.

On a sidenote, the Registration charges have been imposed on EVs in Delhi. So, pay the full 10 percent Registration charges on EV purchases completed in Delhi.
