Hyundai has launched two new variants in Exter. The new S(O)+ MT is priced at Rs 7.86 lakh whereas the S+ AMT is priced at Rs 8.44 lakh (both prices ex-showroom).



The Exter S+/S(O)+ comes with a sunroof compared to the S variant. Other features in the S+/S(O) include LED DRLs with follow me home headlamps, sunroof, digital driver display with TFT screen, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rear AC vents etc.

The safety features offered on the Exter S+/S(O)+ include 6 airbags, 3-point seatbelts for all seats, day & night IRVM, TPMS-highline, electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist, vehicle stability management, ABS with EBD, impact-sensing auto door unlock and emergency stop signal.

The Exter S+/S(O)+ is available with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 82 BHP and 114 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 5 speed AMT gearbox as well.

Hyundai Exter S+ AMT and S(O)+ MT variants launched

Hyundai has introduced two new variants of the Exter: S+ AMT and S(O)+ MT priced at Rs 8,43,900 and Rs 7,86,300 (ex-showroom), respectively.



The new S+ AMT and S(O)+ MT trims of the Exter get features like an electric sunroof, a digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and rear AC vents. The compact SUV also comes with LED DRLs, front and rear skid plates, headlamp escort function, and floor mats.

The list of safety features offered on the new variants includes 6 airbags, TPMS, ESC, Hill Start Assist Control, Vehicle Stability Management, a burglar alarm, ABS with EBD, and an emergency stop signal.

Powering the Exter is a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that makes 82 BHP and 114 Nm. The engine is mated with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.
