What pricing are we expecting? A 'Thar' premium over ScorpioN variants? I guess, the 1.5 variant, if there is one, will be cheaper. But the 2.2 engine variants will command a premium, cashing in the 'Thar' image?

Notice the second door has a frame above which forms a step above the front door line. Not sure how this would look from the sides. Looks like an abrupt design.

Typical Mahindra design quirks. This is trend is in almost all of their cars, there is always something amiss in their cars in terms of deign.

Grill is thinner than I expected, but perhaps the sleekness adds a modern touch (along with the headlights) - some may like it.

Look at the C pillar. Triangle window. So the side profile with the door frame and the triangle C pillar means it will not look wrangler.

The front looks quirky as usual in Mahindra designs.

Just like 3 door version, there will be lot of options available to replace front grille and it might be the most in demand accessory for this new Thar.

The round LED DRLs look good, but I will wait again to see how it will actually look when lit.

SA’s I have talked to in Hyderabad are still not committing for August 15 reveal.

I for one, am absolutely in love with the front grill. Very Buch, at least for me. Believe you me, i plan to book the 4 door the day the booking opens. And OfCourse for the ones who don't like the OEM grill, there would be plenty of aftermarket ones in no time. Grill should be the least of our worries, my eyes are on the suspension setup

What was the reason for changing the grille while the one on the 3 door was perfectly fine.The whole front fascia looks like one of 3 doors with wacky aftermarket accessories. It also seems to have weird proportions especially by seeing the side profie
