This is a brilliant innovation to the current Tata Crew Cab platform.

The weight distribution must have been quiet a challenge and considering they have travelled the distances over various terrain, I guess they have sorted it quiet well.

The interiors are utilitarian, just like how's its to be. A lot of gear in the last picture seems imported.

To sum it up... impressive.

Very well executed.:)

The platform used for such kind of mods i not the Tata 4x4. Would have been a wonder if a Winger platform was used, and the results would have been fantastic.

Nevertheless, a neat job and congratulations to the guy who did this. :)

very beautiful, saw this car in outlook travelers magazine costing around 21Lakhs with Solar Panels.

Worldwide overlanding is very popular, and has several advantages over other forms of travel / tourism. Glad to see that it is picking up steam in India too somewhat. Hopefully this will encourage owners of existing hotels / motels to invest in camping grounds and related facilities

The website listed on the van is quite good too - lots of pics and specs there:
Overlanders

The vehicle is looking really stunning !!!
Any guess on its total price ??

For some reason, the platform does not seem right. By using the TATA 4x4, they seem to have too little space for the actual "camp" area.

Tempo Travellers have been used for ages for this application - quite a lot of business people here in Kerala have their own "Home on Wheels" - everything from a proper bedroom to a Toilet is installed in these vehicles.

Very good camper indeed..I think this vehicle has earlier been discussed on the board...

Pretty good job with regards to job execution. Its TDi, which engine is it?

The one we have in Kerala are kindof luxurious. This one is proper go any where.

Definitely on my must-have list. It's practical to have one of these when you are a family of 4 and love the outdoors.

Feels great to see a camper designed and manufactured in India.. Just wondering if the modifications to this extent are also registered with the RTO? And if yes would the manufacturer be taking care of this

Looks good.. but I think a Tempo Traveler can do better :)

this would look even more handsome on a tata xenon :)

thanks for the pics!

+1

and its not a tata :p

But seriously, it has way too much equipment. This is very very very well designed (roughing it out in true style). Me likes
