| Honda Elevate now available at CSD stores across India The Honda Elevate is now available at Canteen Store Departments (CSD) for the Indian armed forces. It will be sold alongside the City and Amaze.  The Honda Elevate was launched in September last year at a price of Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). The carmaker has not revealed the CSD prices for the Elevate yet. The Elevate is Honda’s first mid-size SUV for the Indian market. It is based on the Global Small Car platform and competes with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. The Elevate is available with a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 119 BHP @ 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm @ 4,300 rpm. It is mated with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed CVT.
