| Pics & Report | Bharat Mobility Expo, 2024 I was there at the Bharat Expo 2024 and will let the pictures do most of the talking. The auto expo and the parts expo were together and there was a separate registration process for the parts expo. Spread across the entire pragati maidan, the expo was really large and had something of interest for everyone. Key observations - The entire ecosystem - cars, two wheelers, three wheelers, buses, trucks, parts, ancillaries, tyre manufacturer - was present. There were stalls for car care products too. All technologies and fuels showcased - fossil fuel, electric, hybrid, hydrogen, flex fuel. Side events like road safety and go karting were also there. India and foreign both players were equally present. Some of the stalls were really B-I-G and lot of space to move around and get the feel of the vehicles. Compared to previous years, it was very well organized, well spread out, well managed and weather also supported the event with nice bright sunshine on a cold day.  ACE had a flag flying along with the national flag   All the construction equipment manufacturers were there - Tata, ACE, JCB, SANY. Many showcased their full electric range of cranes, diggers etc.  The BMW pavilion - only electric vehicles on display  Mini Cooper electric - 3 door  the i4 sedan  the flagship i7   the entry level iX1 VW group was present with all the child brands - From VW no new model was on display. Only the virtus.  The Skoda electric - Enyaq - typical skoda body language  Close look at the closed front grill - seemed to be made of class/crystal elements.  The droolworthy Audi RS e-tron GT . Bold and Beautiful  Porsche Taycan - electric  Beautiful light assembly - so unique of porsche cars  It also sported cool alloy wheels  The electric Lamorghini with an angry look. Lambos are really low slung  beautiful alloys . Low profile (25) tyres may be highly prone to damage on potholes Opposite to BMW was the MB pavillion and had 3 cars on display  The Mercedes Benz pavilion  G-wagon - electric ?  AMG  AMG 53   More pics of AMG 53 - The pavilion was closed for entry and thus could not click pics from near.  No problem if you go camping. Isuzu showcased this camp-on-car concept where you can built a car house when you go outdoors.  JBM with their range of electric buses  Volvo showcased its ultra luxurious 9600 electric bus  More than enough golf carts for the delegates - not for us mortals.   There were 3 such food courts with wide variety of veg and non veg food options. the eating space was spacious, had enough table, chairs and was very clean. I was early so it was a little deserted.  Focus on Localization - Build in Bharat for the world.  There was a large safe journey pavilion celebrating the Road Safety Month. It showcased various technologies and products in road safety. | Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 - I was there (Contd...) I continued my expo expedition on day 2 and it was more rewarding.  The sparking and shining Bharat Mandapam  Natraj before the mandapam  As part of road safety school children were staging a safety skit  Next to it, hero was conducting a skill test where the rider had to negotiate tight bends, a more hard driving license test.  The most talked about TATA CURVV - direct competitor to creta ?  CURVV specs - diesel to be launched first !  Safari DARK Edition  TATA sustainability and recycle program  The beautiful looking EV6  The massive HERO pavilion  The theme of the expo in a way !  The much talked about amphibious three wheeler SURGE from Hero. Two wheeler on demand.  Top view of the construction of the same  Cute looking electric bike for children from Hero  Pavilion dedicated to Circularity - Recycle  An artificial tree in the middle of the pavilion - how thoughtful  Toyota showcased its flex fuel vehicle  NEXO - The hydrogen car from Hyundai  NEXO - Rear look  NEXO - interior look - Notice absence of gear shift and buttons in place. The gears are now buttons - Press D for drive, R for reverse.  The Hycross - view 1  The Hycross - view 2  MIRAI - The Toyota hydrogen car  MIRAI - tech specs. Toyota has no plan to go electric. Only flex, hybrid or hydrogen. Will the strategy work - only time will tell ...  The SUZUKI electric concept - They are very late to party  Caught a live NDTV interview in action  The deconstruction of a tyre at the tyre pavilion  clicked an importer of luxury parts based in Ahmedabad.
