Mod Note: Our Hyundai Creta N-Line Review has been taken live at this link. Please continue the discussion over on the new thread. Thanks!

Hyundai seems to have gone for big changes for Creta N-line compared to i20 and Venue N-lines, especially when it comes to updates over the base car. Love the 18 inchers and interior updates.

The front seems to be unique along with rear bumpers. All-around red strip on the base of car looks overdone but overall a very aggressive but not very appealing (to me) design updates.

I hope new features are added over SX(o) variants (starting with features missing from Seltos x-line would be great). I also hope that this variant becomes a success so that it paves way for proper locally built ‘N’ models :)

I hope Hyundai keeps up with this trend as we need a high volume brand to selling performance cars in India. Hopefully, this results in the market maturing towards a preference of performance over cost.

I dislike how they implemented the front logo and spoiler. It seems like an afterthought to me. They don't complement the design very well.

i20 N-Line is a such a subtle, sexy implementation over the base car.

Now understandably, the Creta is nowhere near as clean a base design as its sibling so visual mods are more difficult to pull off classy, but still, this looks like a fly-by-night Kashmiri Gate mod job.

Try again Hyundai.

Damn the car looks drop dead gorgeous in blue :loveit.

Eagerly waiting for the launch and media drives of this car.

The front looks wierd, especially the logo's location maybe they should have placed it in the bonnet?

I feel red color strip which goes around the car doesn't look good especially on top of blue color.

Looks very bad to me. The non N Line version IMO looks way better and subtle. Two things are spoiling the look of N Line version-

1) Those large garish red strips. They could have been smaller and sleeker
2) Position of front Hyundai Logo. Could have been better integrated.

Internally, I feel the gearshift of normal version seems more premium than one in N Line.

This looks gaudy to me; the regular varient looks far better. The i20 N-line looks the best out of all these. Wish the EV styling had some influence on the ICE cars (love the Ioniq 5).

"Luck favors the brave"

When Maruti is skeptical launching "sport" version of Swift at borderline of a Million INR, look at Hyundai - Launching one at 2.5 or may be even 3X of Swift.

No wonder, Hyundai & Kia will dethrone Maruti in the coming decade when the affluent class will so easily edge past the entry level segment audience.

Cant say about the interiors but exteriors have two prominent additions over the SX(o)- Front Fog lights and rear reversing lightsx2. Also, could be the camera angles, buy is that UV and IR cut glass I see? IF that is the case, then it seems to be nearing the feature list of seltos x line with the brand name creta. That seems like a good place to be for Hyundai.

While there are two reversing lamps, I couldn't spot the fog lights. It's the general quad beam setup of low and high beam.

Even if there are any feature additions, I am sure they will be a massive price increase as well. The normal 1.0 Turbo DCT top end Venue costs 15.6L OTR Pune. N8 DCT Venue on the other hand costs 16.24L. That's a difference of around 65K.

So if they add more features to N Line Creta there would be a price increase of around 1-1.5L, which IMO makes it lose it's value proposition further considering the current top end Creta is already costing slightly more than GT Line Seltos.

Man Hyundai is really losing all the aesthetic sense from their newer designs save for the Tucson.

The red accents on the side skirting and the bumper skirting looks really tacky and right out of a Karol Bagh sticker shop. Also the front grill, when viewed in isolation gives it a look like the Kia Carens.

Hopefully these are just badly clicked pictures and the real world product looks as well as the other N Line version

Makes me feel, if Hyundai designers have switched companies to TATA!!

Look at the new Nexon, Harrier/Safari and also the new Punch for that matter.

Reminds me of the early 2010 when we use to like Hyundai's for their design and curse TATA for old boxy designs, well they say time changes for all!!
