Hello everyone! As a car guy, here is a realistic 5 car garage which I will love to own someday. And believe me, my list is full of gas guzzlers!

1. Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo

Its a long name, but I make it simple. A practical luxury station wagon from Porsche, perfect for a daily driver. Oh, and it happens to have a 4.0 Twin Turbo V8 + Electric Motor to make 700 hp and 870 nm of torque. That's a 10.8 second 1/4 mile and 0-100 kmph in less than 3.5 seconds. This would be my daily driver, as it has about 60 km of electric range.








2. 2021 Ford Mustang Mach1

As a person who has lived in the USA, you cant hate the Mustang. Its V8 growls everywhere. This Mach 1 version is the perfect balance between a street fun Mustang and a track ready Mustang, having some engine parts from the Shelby GT350. It makes 480 hp and has one of the best manual transmissions, a Tremec 6 speed. Also sounds glorious with a upgraded valved exhaust. This would be my dream sports car.





3.Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato

An interesting pick, but that's what makes my garage unique! I love rally racing, but I also love the sound of a V10. So I get this! Does the best of both, and it looks just sick. Whoever though of a off road supercar? This would be my dream supercar.





4. 2007 Audi RS4 B7

I don't know why this car receives so little attention. Jeremy Clarkson said that the 4.2 V8 in this car(and other Audi's) is the 3rd best engine ever made(according to him)/ It has a nice grumble to it and with a Capristo exhaust, sounds wicked. Also comes with a 6 speed manual, and its available as a Station Wagon. Also has to be one of the most subtle looking sport sedans of all time, you couldnt tell from a distance that this had 420 hp! This would be my dream classic car(if you could call it that lol)





5. 2023 Porsche 911 ST

The 911 seems to be popular among members here, and this model is no exception. The latest and greatest from Porsche, it has a 911 GT3RS engine with 520 hp, but comes with a manual(The third in my garage). Also looks stunning and would be a head turner. Also really rare, so this would be my dream exotic/rare car.

Porsche 718 Spyder (with shortened gears- didn't have to be realistic!):
This car easily holds the record for being on my dream car list for the longest period of time.


2006 Ford GT:
I love rear-wheel drive cars with massive V8s. Combine that with this car's epic racing history and the fact that the version in question has nearly the same hydraulic steering rack as the Mk5 Fiesta (with epic steering feel) makes this a car I've wanted forever as a track toy/occasional tourer.


Audi A8 W12:
I absolutely dig sleepers. Hence, this car with all badging revealing its insane (and ridiculously, fascinatingly complex) engine removed would be a great weapon to smoke unsuspecting sportscar owners off the line, all while being cocooned in its luxurious cabin.


NC Mazda Miata:
A small, affordable, reliable, mod-friendly and chuckable Miata is all I need to complete my dream garage.

Awesome thread! Here is my list in no particular order - I know most aren't so popular anymore but I grew up drooling over these!
1. Toyota Supra
2. 67 Mustang - Elanor from Gone in 60 Seconds!
3. Ford Focus RS in Lime Green! No one ever thought 200+bhp fwd could be so much (scary!) fun when it was launched.
4. Mitsubishi Eclipse - spent so many years in US drooling of this tiny car.
5. Subaru Impreza WTX - if you've played WRC on Playstation or Xbox, you would know why!

There are Nissans, Porsches, the Mini from 90s, the BMW M3 (1988-91) and Dodge (Viper!) in the list but Cap is 5 so these are the ones that evoke the most emotions even today. Each car is perfect and imperfect in it's own way but they look so timeless!

Only Brand new cars still on sale, otherwise my list would run into pages.

Practicality, fuel efficiency and suitability for Indian roads are out of the window, this is a dream garage. Otherwise the Miata, 86, LC70 3 door, Land Cruiser, 320D would have entered this list.

Y61 Patrol Hard top -3 door SUVs are my weakness. The Defender D90 is the only proper one on sale in India. The LC70 3 door recently got the 2.8l engine from Fortuner and would be the most practical for India. But, hey. Dream garage. Damn fuel efficiency. The Patrol Hard top with the 4.8l inline-6 beast with the manual transmission. My definition of a personal chariot. Trivia: I happened to see the window sticker of a showroom model and it had some 6-7 km/l as official FE. Official. Real world would be... Also, not sure if it was modded, but the clutch of another one I got in was so hard I double checked to see if it was the brakes I was pushing.



Chevrolet Suburban/GMC Yukon/Cadillac Escalade- Any would do. American landyacht. Tick.

Wouldn't mind having mine in beige or dual tones. All three row bench model. The inline-6 diesel would be great for India, but Hey! Dream garage. So the biggest V8 please.




Lexus LC500 - Drop dead gorgeous. The interior except for the latest stuck on infotainment screen oozes class and taste. And that eargasmic 5.0l V8 !!! Pity India gets only the V6 hybrid. This would be something that would be kept spic n clean and personal use only!!!





Toyota Century - The best a sedan can be. Atleast my idea of a sedan.

I remember reading that you were less impressed with most of the old W126s you drove. Or is it that you have come across a pristine restored one?

I am guessing it would be a 911 at a juicy deal. The W222 S500 will only come when it is time to sell the 530D I guess.
