Audi India has announced a comprehensive, 10-year Roadside Assistance program for customers. It will be applicable on new car deliveries starting October 1, 2023, at no additional cost.



Audi’s Roadside Assistance program offers 24x7 and 365 days coverage across the length and breadth of India. It covers on-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys.

Audi will make travel and accommodation arrangements for customers in case of a breakdown. The program also offers services like custody, transportation and storage of vehicles and provides specially designed towing platforms.

Audi is really going above and beyond, really making quality cars and providing quality service experiences lately.

In my opinion resale prices are based on 'past perception'. Time will tell.

Dear All,
That's a great gesture from Audi. If you can't give an extended warranty, at least take care of the owner who gets stranded due to a breakdown. This is also cheaper than giving a free extended warranty. Win-win for both parties.
