In Bangalore, I know good RTO agents who have done 10s of work for me and my friends, including the 7-8 reregistration process. If you are successful in getting a NoC (that also means you would have got a duplicate RC, and canceled Hypothecation etc, else you wouldn't be issued a NoC) contact me. I will hook you up with my good trusted RTO agent who will do the rest of the process.

A simple Google search brought up two Motormans in Delhi NCR

One is in Subhash Nagar (near Pacific mall) east Delhi, the other being in Gurugram.

Just asking because reliable used car dealers are hard to find.

I deal with the one in Gurgaon. I think the Delhi branch is a part of the Gurgaon outfit
