I was getting the same error message yesterday, however when I tried today, it went through and I have made the payment. This was for a RE bike, so I am assuming there was a bug that was eventually fixed. You may want to try again, today.

Hi, Good Afternoon! I tried the SIAM Website for our January 2013 Global Ford Fiesta, but it does not go beyond Selection of Manufacturer Logo.

Thereafter, I tried bookmyHSRP.com, but the site was not going beyond a certain point. I also tried makemyhsrp.com, but the Site thew up an Error saying Manufacturer not found. I have written to them on the provided e-mail and awaiting a response.

On the other hand, for our March 2019 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Zxi+ the process on bookmyhsrp.com was very smooth. The entire process, including payment of Rs. 768 was done in less than 2 minutes. The Appointment is scheduled on 04th September Nexa, Museum Road.

There is no Ford dealer listed on bookmyhsrp website and hence the error.

I have already written to Rosmerta Solutions (the owning company of bookmyhsrp) but despite 3 mails I am getting canned responses each time asking me to try the same site or send a screenshot. This time I have sent them a screenshot as well.

I suggest others too escalate this matter to them for them to take this seriously. Here is the email id to write to: online@bookmyhsrp.com

Tried booking at BookmyHSRP.com for my Fiat Linea, but got the error:
"As a Vendor we are not authorised for this vehicle Please visit www.siam.in for respective HSRP Maker."

Went to siam.in site & tried to book, but doesn't go beyond selection of Manufacturer logo.

It will be a challenge to get HSRP for discontinued brands.

I tried for VW and met with the same result. It opens the same page on a new tab every time you click on the logo. This may be some javascript error and it may work on certain browsers.

Thanks, yes, they had also responded to my email yesterday saying the issue is resolved. I tried it just now and was able to proceed.

Earliest available slot is on September 4th and price is shown as Rs 553 or so.

For the benefit of everyone visiting this thread, I'm listing the steps I followed to book HSRP for my vehicles online:

1. Visit the SIAM portal at https://www.siam.in/selectoem1.aspx
2. Select State and District
3. Select Vehicle type (read: 2 wheeler, 3-wheeler, Cars, Commercial Vehicles)
4. Select OEM/ brand of vehicle
5. A pop up like the one below should appear with website, email & contact of the business which can supply the HSRP of your vehicle in your region.



6. You may visit this website and place an order for your HSRP. It will be delivered and installed at a dealership/ store selected by you, while booking.

For our Honda 2-wheeler, I had to select Bangalore-RURAL on the SIAM platform (instead of BANGALORE URBAN) to find the right website to visit and book.

I couldn't find the steps mentioned anywhere on this thread. Hence I thought of listing the steps for ease of understanding of anyone trying to get an HSRP.

Note: I am doing this for the first time and have arrived at this process after reading posts by several members. I have booked HSRPs for our vehicles in a similar manner. Will update once installed. Please feel free to add any pointers that I may have missed.

I've trying to place an order through the SIAM website for my bike since yesterday, but it was not going past the manufacturer selection page (clicking the manufacturer logo kept on repeatedly opening the same page). Changing the location to Bangalore -Rural worked, and it redirected to orderyourhsrp.com, from where I was able to place the order.

Hello, I am trying to Book an HSRP for our 2013 Global Ford Fiesta, but the SIAM Website does not go beyond the Logo Page.

I am also trying with bookmyhsrp.com & have written to them in this regard as advised by @naresh.

On another note I am also awaiting a response from makemyhsrp.com

The siam website directed me to makemyhsrp.com. However, my vehicle is a Skoda and website gives me only the VW dealer in Mangalore as an option to fix the plate. The Skoda dealer is strangely missing in their list.

Did you try changing it to 'Bangalore Rural'? I followed this advice and it was a breeze placing the orders.

I have also been having an email conversation with bookmyhsrp (such as it is - they reply once every two days or something) about the plates for my 2018 Ford Endeavour.

I believe because Ford exited India, there is no firm contracted to provide HSRP for their vehicles.

Hi Guna, Tried both Bengaluru Urban and Bengaluru, does not show up. Will keep trying and keep the Thread updated.

I realised it also depends on the brand. It took me to different pages for my VW and Hyundai cars. It is possible that for your car make, it is not enabled yet.

Tried many times on siam.in and finally resorted to bookmyhsrp.com. I booked an appointment at Bimal for my Swift for Sep 4th.
