Anyone else got HSRP plates for old Renault cars in Karnataka ?

I too was faced with the same issue and when I raised a complaint with bookmyhsrp.com, they mentioned that the older Renault cars are registered as R.N.A.I.P.Ltd in Vahan app instead of Renault India Private Limited. So we will need to update the details in Vahan Portal through RTO in order for us to book HSRP.

I am checking with my friends who have bought newer Renault cars verify the right manufacturer name to update in vahan portal. If you have found any solution, please let me know.

I tried calling bookmyhsrp customer care and they mentioned the same reason. The senior person from customer care asked me to send error screenshot and vehicle details to their customer came email ID. So basically they will talk to KA RTOs and get the car vendor name changed from RNAIP Ltd ( Renault Nissan Automobile put Ltd to Renault in parivahan.

I have also faced the same issue when I tried to register for HSRP. Contacted the Renault JP Nagar and according to them they will sort out this vendor name issue with the RTO in a week’s time.

I didn't even have vehicle details wrt chassis in Vaahan error. Pinged the Shimnit team and they asked for RC card photo. Yet to hear back from them. Mine is 2008 Bullet and recently got it renewed RC. I wonder why details are not yet there in Vaahan !

I have had a very bad experience so far with this siam and the whole process of getting the HSRP plates.

I was given a date and a time to go and get it installed. The installer has no clue of what is happening and he simply asked me to comeback some other day as no one in their org is aware of what is happening. This dealer is no small guy, he's got multiple Honda (bike)dealerships!

Now, I am wondering what to do!

Did you manage to do that for your Int650?
Try comparing the maker details in Parivahan for your bullet and Interceptor.
I suspect this is the reason for error.

For my Int650 it says, 'Royal-Enfield (Unit of Eicher LTD)'.

Everyone who has got the HSRP installed on their car, can you people confirm if the HSRP details are updated on the Vahan Database?

I booked the HSRP from - https://bookmyhsrp.com for my FIGO. Have been given a date of 18th Sep for fitment and charges are Rs. 755/-. This includes 2 plates and a sticker.

However i am unable to place order for my 2005 Maruti Suzuki Esteem.

Is there anyone here who was able to place order for vehicles older than 15 years?

Got HSRP plate fitted on my 2016 Alto 800. Ordered via BookmyHSRP. The process of ordering and confirming the delivery of the plates were good. Only confusion was who had received the plates at the dealers end. Went to Sales and then was redirected to Service. The dealer contact name and number mentioned on the order sheet was of no use. Suggestion is to call up the CRM at the dealer and get confirmation on whom to connect.
Edit: received message of HSRP codes being updated in VAHAN. Need to verify.

Got the HSRP fixed for my Creta today.
2 days back, got the SMS that the plates have been delivered. It was a smooth affair after the online booking.

However, for the first few days, the booking was not going through.

For my Swift, it pointed me to https://bookmyhsrp.com/ and for my Dio it pointed me to https://www.orderyourhsrp.com/

Have booked my slots on 29AUG and 02SEP but looks like slots are running out

Unfortunately it doesn't work for Chevrolet. It doesn't direct to any website at all.
