I really tried to keep both, but it’s become clear that I’d rather the Gypsy find a good home than sit unused and exposed to the elements. I had posted an ad earlier, then deactivated it, thinking I could manage both vehicles, but sadly, it’s time to let go of the Gypsy. Though the Gypsy gives me way more smiles per mile than the Jimny, in the end, the brain won over the heart. Sigh. Mods/Accessories (if any): - Baleno 1.6 engine swapped (not just the lower block, the entire engine including head, ECU, air intake, alternator, radiator, AC unit etc are from a Baleno. No shortcuts used.) - Innova seats at the front. Passenger seat can be swung forwards - rear cabin can be accessed + bike / scooter can be carried in the cabin. - Wesem Aux lights. - Customised front bumper. - Spare wheel mount is from a Sumo. Has custom reinforcements to prevent hinge sagging. - Front air intake has been sealed shut to prevent water ingress into the cabin. - Steering wheel from a Suzuki Carry. - JVC BT head unit. - New rims. All 5 Conti Cross Contact ATs (more than 85-90% life left). - New door pads, window winders, handles etc. - New front windshield. - Monroe gas dampers. - Aisin manual locking hubs. Possibly the least run mileage GV in India. In the last 4 years (post covid), 90% of driving has been on highways only and not in city traffic. Prefect interiors and a very nicely maintained exterior for it's age. Small scratches on bumper edges due to motorcycles, traffic, etc. Have always used synthetic engine oil and Liqui Moly Ceratec & Liqui Moly flush at alternate oil changes. 90% of the time have filled XP95 petrol only and that makes the GV run better. All diff, gearbox/transmission oils changed since buying. Maintained at MASS in Bangalore by previous owner (history available). Swastika garage (Lokesh) in Bangalore and by MASS & FNG in NCR (bills available) by me. The GV requires NO KNOWN WORK and one needs to just fill petrol and drive. Just do regular oil changes and use. Make & Model: 2.4 MT Grand Vitara Asking Price: 5.25 Lakhs NON NEGOTIABLE. Transfer is a MUST and if out of state buyer then named NOC and transfer is a must. Only those who value an immaculate GV and are looking to get a keeper GV please reach out. Year: 2011 (30th Dec 2011 Registration) Kms: **53K Kms. The current mileage is approx 49800 odd KMS and when I drive it to Bangalore (from Noida) in mid Jan 2025, the mileage at that time should be approx. 53K kms. Location / Regn State: KA Registered. Currently in Noida and will be driving it to Bangalore mid-Jan 2025. Reason for sale: Now based in NCR and as I can't use it beyond 15 years and hence will sell it while visiting Bangalore in mid-Jan 2025. Would have never sold it if I was based in Bangalore. Mods/Accessories (if any):
