Totally concur with ya thoughts. It does resemble the BOLT from most areas. Not surprising as this design has been growing since the Indica times!

The Nexon is very poor kitted in terms of the storage areas, especially the centre console. You will be hard pressed to even find a decent spot to store your smartphone. The only feasible area is the wireless charging pad which does more harm than good, sadly.

The rear wiper is neatly tucked under the rear spoiler.

No CVT / TC for the Diesels. Only MT and the stupid AMT.

Aside, I think the recent trend with the wheels is this new 'pseudo-aero' design. We have also seen a similar design on the upcoming Sonet facelift which is undergoing testing currently.

Seems like the trend of the 'diamond-cut' wheels is gone.

As a Nexon owner I am happy that the car is getting updates. The new design looks quite sporty with many cuts but IMHO it looks overdone like the XUV5oo when it first landed. Maybe it will grow on me. The purple colours are radical and wonder if they will be on offer as regular or on demand. More power to Tata to make more safe, VFM vehicles that are actually looking good.

Wow! Finally a manufacturer has the guts to show what you get in the base version. Usually we had to wait after dealer dispatches or owner pics to see how the lower variants look.

The present version retails at 9.5 to 17.8 lakhs otr. I dont think my heart is strong enough to see the prices for this one

Tata has consistently been on the design development path- there can be hits or misses. It is way better than Maruti(or even some Koreans) which always plays safe and usually end up stealing bits and prices of design elements from other car brands or direct lift models like kizashi, Wagon-r, Baleno etc.
Yes service is something which needs to be literally extracted from them, and Maruti beats them there. Tata I feel has always been like," More car, per car" since Indica.

The red looks the best IMO. Tata always chooses the weirdest colors for their launch vehicles and they have almost never sold well. (e.g.- Harrier was launched in Orange and the Safari in blue)

I would rather have that purple inserts on the dashboard. The Black Interiors looks too basic to me.
