Tata Nexon Facelift launch in September 2023

As per the Motoroctane website, the Nexon facelift would launch in September 2023. They say that DCA will be available but no GDI engine. Only Curvv would have the GDI engine options.

Why don't they completely redesign the window line or the whole side profile? The front is looking small because of the elevated creases towards the rear.

Got this image from one of the facebook groups. Rear has not gone for a complete overhaul, but looks good for me.

Rear is more acceptable and neat in this!

Wiper is missing on this variant?

The only eye-sore has to be that ugly exhaust poking it's back out the cars rear!

That may not be the case because TA65* can handle only 140nm of torque whereas, Nexon's petrol engine produces 170 nm, I think.

My guess would be that they will use the Altroz Diesel's gearbox.

I find the design of this upgrade quite funky. A more cleaner design could have helped tone down the earlier design

From these leaked images, the facelift looks more like a hatchback, than an SUV. The current model looks more SUVish, and is the best looker.

In the current one, wrap the X, and it looks better than this Tata i20.

Tata Nexon facelift trim names revealed.

Tata Motors will ditch the existing nomenclature and adopt the one used in the Punch for the Nexon facelift.

I find the rear bottom to be just too busy and lacking any cohesiveness with the clean front design. It feels like they had a bunch of interns and they were told that the rear bumper is their 'project' and they are free to experiment

The best salesperson for the Nexon will be an Ex -100 Dosa Truck waiter who can read out 100 Dosa varieties in 10 seconds.
Several dozens of models of Nexon will be there within 6 months and not even the entire sales team can remember those.
Also, why again DCA is missed on Diesel?
I know after owning a DCA in Altroz, it's not the best but still it's miles better than AMT(I love AMT too).
Toned down rear is good and maintaining the funky style is good where most CSUVs are boxy.
