Have you made the booking online or from dealer? It is possible that Dealer might have taken the booking with a different phone number.

Please check your email for booking docket or confirmation of your booking, Verify the phone number mentioned in the order. If you haven't received any, Please call Mahindra customer care (1800 209 6006) and take confirmation of your booking. Usually they are very helpful and provide quick resolution.

Thanks for the suggestion, we made the booking from the dealer only. I checked the booking docket, the phone number is correct in it.

We're still facing the issue, will call Mahindra customer care.

Surprise Surprise. My vehicle is arriving faster than I anticipated. Status has changed now to Shipment. Dealer hasn't contacted me yet though.

I booked it on same day when bookings were open(i.e. 9th Jan 2023) around 6.30pm. I guess, Mahindra might have advised Dealers not to start the deliveries yet for RWD. I haven't seen any delivery videos on social media yet.

I visited Mahindra Dealership in my locality on 27 JAN 2023 as a close friend was looking for Thar 2WD. To my surprise my friend was offered delivery in Ist week of Feb 2023 (less waiting period of 2WD in northern part of Himalyas). The sales guy even showed flexibility in color options too.

I see this mail came from Dealer. You should be able to find the actual booking date on 'Customer Booking Docket' 3rd Page which you might receive on registered email. Mahindra Customer Care could also confirm these details and status of your order.

OT : Can anyone shed light on BH series’ tax calculation process? I am aware of the tax bracket but confused if the Invoice value includes GST or not.

It is based on tax-exclusive amount. So it'll be less of GST as well as the compensation cess.

The formula for the biennial tax is {(Price less GST & Cess) X 1.25 X 2 X tax slab% }/ 15.
