What do you think about the resale value of ZX AT 7 Str. Asking this since I bought it In July, 2022 at 31 OTR. After seeing the Hycross reviews, I have mixed feelings!

Will wait to check it out in person but I am unsure how much of a hit will the Crysta resale prices take (Especially ZX AT model)

I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that people with 1-year-old Crystas are actually considering to kind of sell their cars for the HyCross.

With all due respect, hold on to the Crysta for as long as the Govt. permits you to, they do not make cars like these anymore!!

Coming to resale value, with the discontinuation and now re-introduction of the Crysta, the prices have gone up rather than fall! Heck even 10-11 year old first gen Innovas are being sold for 5-6 Lakhs in the used car market (they haven't depreciated even after being driven lakhs of kilometers by the previous owner), that's the kind of resale value the Innova brand name commands in the market, so you've absolutely no reason to worry about the resale value of the 2.4L ZX AT model.

I had checked out the HyCross in Feburary, do give the last line of my post a good read! :

I agree features in an Innova for the first time and hybrid-tech now available is very tempting but that doesn't make the Crysta an inferior car! The Crysta makes that up with it's strong fundamentals, bulletproof reliability (HyCross is yet to prove its worth) and comfort.

Ha Ha! Thank you so much for your response! To be honest with you these are the exact thoughts I had in my mind. I just wanted someone to reconfirm that!

My only thought was that those who bought the exact same model as me around 2 years back got it for much lesser amount and might change the dynamics of the market.

Couple this to some people on the forum (I totally respect everyone though) who were pretty much clear about Hycross being the better vehicle of the 2 got me into thinking about selling the Crysta off!

I don't know how I missed such a well written and crisp review of yours. Had I read it before, I bet I wouldn't have asked this question.

Anyways, thanks once again

Toyota has relaunched the Innova Crysta and its prices start at Rs 19.13 lakh (ex-showroom, India). It is offered in G, GX, VX and top-spec ZX trims and gets a slightly refreshed front fascia as a part of the update. As we reported earlier, it is being sold alongside the newly launched Innova Hycross.

Crysta will be sold alongside Hycross
It will only get a 2.4-litre diesel engine

Where are the ZX trim prices?

Also, does PW mean private vehicle?

I think pricing in the picture is wrong. VX can't be same or lesser priced than GX variant.

What does FLT mean? Prices are same for FLT and NON-FLT variants.

FLT stands for Fleet; for the fleet operators.

Now, a Manual Transmission ZX itself will cost around Rs. 33L OTR in many places

Re: Toyota Innova Crysta delisted from official website. EDIT : Now relaunched

Toyota is learning a lot from Maruti

What was need to delist at first place if they were to keep both models? If they had such advisors before, we would have seen Qualis on our roads for much longer.

Nothing wrong with the move, there are customers so why not keep selling something that’s been proven and respected.

Re: Toyota Innova Crysta delisted from official website. EDIT : Now relaunched

If people are willing to pay ever increasing amounts for it, then it would be foolish of any company not to take advantage of it. The margins on this is going to be huge for Toyota.

I couldn’t find any automatic transmission variant on the site. Looks like the entire range is going to be manual only. That sucks!
