Thanks for the awesome insights, Arun.

We can see that Z4 bookings are higher than Z6, despite Z6 being more VFM (at least to me).
The only reason I can think of is that Z6 doesn't come in 4x4.

Can you also include a breakup of Z4 drivetrains?

TIA!

I have booked Z8 L D AT in BLR and my delivery date is still appearing within a range. Any idea when Mahindra is going to communicate the actual delivery date ?

I remember Mahindra responding to someone on Twitter that they will reconfirm a more narrow range/date on 08th Sep

I booked the Z8L D AT 6STR White. My booking is not price protected. No updates on the delivery tracker so far. Did any of the members who booked the 6STR version get an update on their tentative delivery.

Lack of Petrol in Z6 could be the other. At least for NCR folks.

I doubt, most bookings are for Diesel, it is the missing 4x4.
I booked Z4 4WD. My choice was Z6 but it is missing 4WD which is mandatory.

Mahindra played it well!

Further broke it down since we are getting more data. There is a clear pattern emerging as to how Mahindra is planning deliveries of the price protected ScropioNs. Soon we will have data on the non-price protected vehicles, will be interesting to see if they overlap. They should as per what Mahindra is currently planning

My Booking is price protected Z6 Diesel AT Forest Green. My Delivery timeline is 15 May to 14 June 2023.

I feel may be last in line.

I am facing a small issue with my dealership. They are not approving my KYC. I had forwarded the required documents on 11th of August but till date they have not done anything to it. Today I visited the showroom and they gave a lame reason that the web site was not working.

My question is, if my KYC is not uploaded and not approved then can the dealership allocate the car to someone else. Is this possible at all?

Just now received an intimation mail from my Dealership for a CPD date. My CPD date is 12/10/2022 for the booked variant Z4 G (Petrol) AT Everest White Colour (the expected delivery date range was 10Nov-10Dec, 2022).

What is the full form of the CPD date- Customer Promise Date? What would be the gap between the CPD and actual delivery date? Does this by any chance mean that I can get the car by Dipawali?

Online my booking page still shows the same status "order under planning" ticked and Delivery range as stated above.

Adding mine to the list. I have the price protection but the delivery is after a good 6-7 months.

I spoke to my dealership a couple of times, even visited once and they never asked me for KYC. They seem confused with the Scorpio N process. Today when I asked about price breakup, they were also not sure.

Can someone add more points on KYC process?

I spoke to the customer care but they don't have control on this. They gave me the sales manager of my dealer. I gave a ring and he told that the KYC would be completed by today but they have not anything till now. My sales rep sent a message stating KYC is not required for predelivery and it is required only for Adrenox. I am totally confused.
Edit: One of my friend who had bought XUV 700 told me that using Adrenox one can see the exact position of the truck that is carrying the vehicle. So I downloaded Adrenox and tried to create an account however when I try to generate OTP, I get to see a message stating KYC Not Completed.

Your CPD date (whatever it is) is 10th December (same as the last date of your delivery window). The dealer (Dee Emm) has sent that mail to all customers and have used the format MM/DD/YYYY. So 10th December is written as 12/10/2022.

Okay, I had this doubt whether it is in DD/MM or MM/DD format. It would have been better if the delivery happens in Oct or Nov. We usually avoid bringing in new things in Mid Dec to Mid Jan. Anyway, it's just a tentative date.
