Looks like a worthy upgrade from my Hexa. No new launch in the last few years could match what the Hexa offers. So so bad of Tata to discontinue it.

I received a similar update. Only mild and strong Hybrid. No normal petrol variant.

Don't know if it's already been shared, but it appears even the rear seats are electrically operated (captain seats). Atleast the motion hints at the same.

It is. You can see the buttons for the same on the side of the rear seats in some of the reviews. It also seems to have a mechanical handle tho so it’s probably not completely electric.

Seat sliding is mechanical with a pull of lever. Backrest Recline and Ottoman is electrically operated with touch of a button, mind you there are 2 separate buttons for each feature.

Some thought has definitely gone into Toyota Indonesia and Toyota India selecting unveiling dates as 21/11/22 and 25/11/22 respectively.

The Innova Crysta was unveiled today, 7 years back on 23/11/15. Can’t believe the Crysta is already 7 years old.

What dealer was this? I spoke to Lanson Toyota Pallikaranai and they said they don't take any bookings until the launch day.

I did pre booking with the same dealer today. I visited their showroom enroute to office. Check with them again? Or better visit them.


Here is walkthrough of G Hybrid variant of Zennix. It doesn't have panaromic sunroof, Alloys looks dull, Fabric Seatcover. However interiors has dual tone finish (like Alcazar).

That is again confusing, since Toyota doesn't have mild hybrids AFAIK at present. Either normal engines or full blown hybrid.

Hope the mild hybrid isn't Marutis.

From these videos all I can see is the mileage is not as it should be. Range is also not good enough. Could this be because the cars are fairly new and haven't run enough to calibrate the MID properly.

Mileage comes to just 6.6 km/liter which seems lower than XUV700 petrol. Maybe because the car has been on idle for very long time. Will wait for proper reviews. I am expecting atleast 15 km/ltr for Hybrid one.
