Skoda has completed 20 years of operations in the Indian market and as a celebration of this milestone, the carmaker went on to conquer a height of 10,942 feet above sea level at Rohtang pass in Himachal Pradesh.

The initiative is a part of Skoda's campaign called Conquering the Unconquerable. Kushaq is featured as the first ever made in India car by Skoda under the India 2.0 project.



Skoda Auto India claims to have created the highest 3D projection in the country on a rock face in Rohtang pass.

A crew of 156 members put in 54,000 man hours in six days and used 12 projectors to create the 3D projection.

A wonderful way to tell people that their brand is doing good. Well executed projection
A great idea, but the same amount of time if spent on improving the service experience and the dealerships would have helped them in the sales.
The cars they offer are really good, I love the Octavia and the Superb so much. Good that they are bringing in new cars while a bigger player like Ford chose to exit.

Very Well said Brother,

I too wanted to express my feelings this morning of low service infrastructure by Skoda.

My state Jharkhand has only ONE service centre of Skoda in the city Jamshedpur WHICH can handle accidental repairs, even though minor as dent on dicky and broken rear lamps.

I feel handicapped due to this reason and am not willing to own a Skoda in Jharkhand. Whichever city you reside in Jharkhand if your Skoda car suffers damage then it has to be bought to Jamshedpur to get the repairs done at Skoda authorized workshop.

Very poor and frustrating experience of owning Skoda in Jharkhand.

But how can 156 people put 54000 man hours in six days...thats about 57 man hours per person per day!
