If your sister is eligible for BH registration then she can buy with her employer papers. I don't see any issue technically per se, if you drive a car owned by a family member. You will be just a driver who holds a valid license to drive it. Just remember that in future, for any RTO paper work or insurance claim etc. she has to be involved.

KA doesn't allow BH for pvt sector employees. Your sister has to register it in a state which allows BH registration where she has valid proofs.
