Mico becomes "more" bosch

Robert Bosch is going to buy 20% more stake in Mico Bosch. They already hold 60.55% of Mico.

Their plan is to retain the MICO brand name for their traditional, lower end products since MICO brand enjoys considerable goodwill in India. Newer and all higher end products will be sold under Bosch brand name.

This is not true. In a few years all products will be sold as bosch.

@GTO - This has nothing to do with CRDI systems. It has been happening for the last 4 years now.
