Tata Motors has introduced Founders Edition for each model in its portfolio. Exclusively for Tata Group employees.



The Founders Edition models get badge with JRD's signage and blue background for the logo.





The buyers will also get a postcard from the Iconic Series that depicts the brand's journey and a photo frame



Tata Motors, which is celebrating 75th anniversary this year, also came to life under JRD's aegis. Therefore, the carmaker has introduced a special Founders Edition for each Tata car in the country, ranging from entry-level Tiago to Tata Harrier. However, these special edition models are only for Tata Group employees

It is a good gesture towards employees from Tata motors. Though the logo makes the differentiation clear due to the color, I understand that the color is not a choice as it needs to be that of the Tata group's. But I think it will not suit most models and looks like aftermarket one.

This is cool. Tata Motors employees can feel extra special and enjoy a bit of exclusivity compared to "normal" customers.

Its high time Tata Motors came out with a new modern Logo for their Passenger cars division at least. Its not just old and kind of droopy looking but has too much association with their older failed models.

They have invested so much in completely revitalising their brand with new design, powertrain options etc. Why not do the same for the Brand Logo. Even just replacing it with their Corporate "TATA" Logo (and placing them like on Land Rovers ) would look cooler especially for the SUVs and has great brand recall too IMHO.
