I wonder why they do such a horrible job with the infotainment display It looks like some aftermarket android auto fitment.

Actually aftermarket systems are even better, atleast in looks. You can get 8/9 inch edge-to-edge display with very little border. The one in this image looks plain ugly with 1.5 inch or so, ugly plastic border like in the Baleno

Looks like the CRT TVs of the 90s. It undoubtedly looks ungainly, but something that can be easily resolved.

So that they have a option to launch “facelift” with a bigger screen as a new feature.

If everything is perfect from get go how will they do little to no updates and launch new variants. Mark my word

I think this is the 7 inch system, same as new WagonR. Top end should have 9 inch one, same as latest Baleno.

Seeing how the tweeter has been mounted, seems like this might get the Arkamys Sound system too. Also seems like, seat belt adjustment is missing.

They will obviously put the same unit here that they have provided in the Baleno. Sharing of parts - Maruti has taken to next level.

A little off the topic - went to nexa to get the plates and had ordered a carbon fibre ORVM cover for the new baleno with them. They said they dont have such a thing as it is for the Ignis and not for the Baleno - and there were 2-3 SA - we went and saw the ignis - the ORVM is the same as the Baleno and they didn't know that.

Steering/Power windows panel --- Swift Baleno Brezza - identical

And now Maruti has already done 90% of the job with the side profile resembling the RR Evoque!

Now just the grill is required

New Brezza will have not one, but two touchscreen infotainment options, with the mid-spec trims getting the 8-inch unit from the outgoing Vitara Brezza, leaving the larger one ( 9-inch) for the higher variants.

- Brezza will also come with a six-speed automatic gearbox on some variants

-The new Brezza will get a floating roof effect when viewed from the sides, which makes the SUV look longer than its sub-four-metre length.

- Additionally, features cruise control, automatic climate control and even heads-up display are expected to be seen on higher variants.

I called Maruti Dealer Sales team , they are saying no ventilated seats in new Brezza . Little disappointed.

https://www.carwale.com/news/new-mar...ctric-sunroof/

The post mentions the automatic is going to be a new 6 speed torque converter but I'd read earlier that it would be a 6 speed AMT. Which is true?

It does look ugly. If the housing for the infotainment system is fixed, how can that be resolved?
