Let's not forget VW's Titanium Beige Metallic. Pictured is my own vehicle.

And Lamborghini's Viola 30.

Re: Indian cars with unusual colours from the factory

One grand colour was the Foxtrot Azure, on the Grande Punto. There are 2 ownership threads at least. By arunkk and Jessie. Lovely shade and the paint shop nightmare to match! The colour had many renderings depending on the ambient light and the beholders eye angle!!

The other, on a Linea...the Bronzo Scurro. It was exclusive to the TJet at the time and that shade again, is lovely.

My entry to this thread is the passion orange of the Elite i20 that I own. Very unique and can't find many on the roads.

Re: Indian cars with unusual colours from the factory

Cars make me happy! Thanks folks for starting this thread. It was so refreshing to see so many colorful cars after all those mundane white ones on the road nowadays. Somehow I feel the number of white cars on the roads has been ever increasing.

Now for someone who owns a Sunset orange Honda Jazz, other cars, I believe are bound to look boring, I wonder how did we miss that out. Maruti's spresso and celerio do come with an orange shade but it is way to loud. No offense but, personally, instead of standing out of the crowd, it looks ugly.

As per my opinion, many companies tried with their orange blends but Honda, Mahindra, and Nissan are the only ones who could keep it sober and standout simultaneously.

Pictures of the perfectly blended colour

Re: Indian cars with unusual colours from the factory

For those who still haven't figured out the point of this thread,

This is the list of "usual colours" as of 2020.

1.White
2.Black
3.Red
4.Blue
5.Silver
6.Maroon
7.Orange (Unusual for older cars, but pretty common for newer ones)

Others can add to this list if I've missed out any fairly common colours

I can't agree more. These are all very common colours these day, and nothing unusual about it. Looks like many didn't get the meaning of "unusual".

Re: Indian cars with unusual colours from the factory

I feel like all are posting their fav cars/colors as 'unusual' , no it is not. I don't find any uniqueness in most of the common shades of dark which is shared here for many of the cars. Adding 'sparkling' or 'magnetic' etc. to a shade of black or blue doesn't make it unique!

8 pages to this thread and I would say that only very few of the posts did some justice to the thread title.

Yellows of Palio/Zen, some colors in NANO/Tiago/Estilo, Some of the orange shades of EcoSport/XUV/Jazz, the Altroz Gold etc. are the cars meant for this thread.

Re: Indian cars with unusual colours from the factory

The Copper Dazzle shade of Tigor when it was launched in 2017 seemed to be a unique color for me. Sadly it is not available in this color anymore.

Thanks Chirag for kicking off this wonderful thread, however was slightly disappointed to see that the Fiesta Aquarius did not make into your list.
But yet you have covered most of the rare uniques.

Thanks buddy for pointing out the Aquarius shade.

I personally love this shade that Ford had introduced way back a decade ago.
Its not quite tough to maintain the shade but is definitely tough to keep it just like how it was from showroom.

Recently bought a 2019 Tiago Ocean Blue that resembled the same shade, but still isn't charming like the one on Fiesta

A recent capture of her, getting close to her 11th Birthday!!
