Very easy seamless process on the HSRP website and service by RMIL center opposite R-City Ghatkopar(W), Mumbai.

I had got slot of today, 01 February 2025, 12 PM, nearly a month's waiting since online order.

The status of all the stages was updated UpToDate on the portal, from order, going into making, dispatch to delivery at center, to fitting completed.

The portal sometimes craps out, hangs up waiting, but nothing that will break. Comes back to life in sometime and you can easily do the process or get status.

The status was showing delivered a week earlier than the fitment date. After calling them, they asked to come only on the day of appointment.

Yesterday upon call, they informed to come anytime between 10AM-5PM on the day of appointment.

The center is located in B2, MCGM Parking, besides The Address Complex, Ghatkopar (W) opposite R-City Mall. It is just kind of makeshift working space with a table and boxes for tools, plates and frames. You just need to take the other entry/exit gate adjacent to the The Address Complex, Ghatkopar. Heard couple of people complaining reaching there after me they couldn't locate and roamed around before getting there. Feels like going into dungeon as you descend the spiral ramp. The ramp is 2 laned 2 way Entry and Exit ramp.

I got late to the appointment due to some work and turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Around 1:30 PM I promptly got a call that I haven't reached for the fitment schedule. Apologized and reached shortly after at the center for fitment.

Upon reaching, the guys there tells me the story of being flooded with cars for the day's appointments since morning till an hour before I reached. He called me since I hadn't turned up and they were mostly looking at winding up the the day's schedule. When I reached, it was totally to myself and only a few 2-4 cars came afterwards who must have been reminded like me.

The process of installation was really professional with proper tools and utmost care not to damage anything, marking holes, to making proper fitting. I asked them to fit with the frames for an additional cost of Rs 400.

The HSRP plates quality also felt good.
The frame quality felt nice.

They broke the old plates, took photos and uploaded status on portal in my presence only. I did request them to give me back my old plates but they denied saying they have to deposit back the proof of broken plates.

I hope it is strict implementation and help in someway reduce the menace of the fancy plates and traffic regulations.

However, the result of the Sunfilm and bull guard bans, which I had duly implemented as soon as declared, is widely known, especially the Sunfilm ban which we can observe quite few get to tint their windows black and pass off easily.

I do miss the bull guards while navigating the rough terrains, where earlier I used to be more careless.

So my 19 year old beauty got the HSRPs finally.

I also got HSRP plates fitted for my 16-year-old bullet! The plates arrived a couple of days ahead of the schedule. I had gone to the same fitment center (Pashankar Auto, JM Road, Pune) for my other two-wheeler, and they confirmed plates were available for bullet - I got it fixed the same day then (before the appointment date!)

After fixing the new plates, they uploaded pictures of the old plates and then the front & back plates, directly using the app from RTO (I guess) & uploaded, got an SMS with OTP. Once I gave OTP, I got two SMSs saying HSRP plates are affixed and Your old registration plates are surrendered to you on your request.(Team Rosmerta)

For the front plate, the original plate from OEM is welded to the bike - so I had to get 2 drills to fix HSRP (a shop was available in the next lane near the fitment center - the shop took 50 rs for 2 drills)

Just to confirm, I guess two-wheelers don't have security stickers like cars—I didn't get/ask for one.

I used a different laptop at my home yesterday and I could place the order without any issues. You can try the same.

I am registered on MH14 and the fitment center is Deccan Honda PCMC (although this dealership is closed now), I still need to find where will they ship my plates. The appointment date is 27 FEB 2025.

Even I had selected Deccan Honda PCMC as fitment center. The dealership seems to be closed but on the same place there is "BAFNA TECHNOLOGIES" now.

I got HRSP fitted on my car in Jan 2025 at this place. It was quick.

But the characters on the rear plate are not properly aligned. But not sure where the embossing was done and whom to blame.

Also I felt cheated for the plate protection frame/holder. They charged me 450 rs while on Amazon it costs just around 250 rs. It was optional though but since the quality of HSRP is doubtful and fitment cannot be done somewhere else so I had to proceed with whatever it is.

Folks who have the HSRP but not the stickers, have you been able to get the same?

I tried the option on the site but it is asking for laser code number on front and rear plates. Wondering how to get that? I have a used car that came with the HSRP but not the sticker

There is laser code etched on both front and rear plates. Same is also marked on the windshield sticker. Are the plates you have real HSRP? Because there are look alike plates available in local shops which look same but don't have any laser marked number on them.

My car if registered in Pune, Maharashtra.

Probably there is some discrepancy in your name on Aadhar vs RC. I faced same problem because in my case, I have full name on my aadhar i.e firstname middlename lastname while on RC it's just firstname lastname.

But I think they should handle this or show some error message on UI to make it clear. When updating mobile number on mParivahan app, we do get error message in such case.

I have a unique situation. My car is registered in December 2016 in MH12 where I was living temporarily, being basically from MH02 area. I have moved to Goa in 2024 December. I was told that I have to book it (with Rosmerta since they are allotted MH12) and I could have it delivered anywhere in MH. I was fine with that because Sindhudurg is close enough for me.
Now it appears that, since MH state has been divided into 3 zones (I don't understand the logic of how it is split), I am only able to select dealers that correspond to the Zone allocated to Rosmerta. The nearest I have is Kolhapur. There is one dealer listed in Gadhinglaj which is about 3 hours drive for me but I am unable to locate it (Mauli Motors & Services) on Google maps and no contact number is provided. My next choice was Sai Service in Kolhapur, whom I contacted and was told that they don't do it for old cars. They only do it when you buy a new car. Incidentally, my car was bought from Sai Service in Pune.
After hearing what they had to say, and observing that Rosmerta portal still allows me to select the Sai service location, I am unsure what would happen if I select a dealer like Mauli whom I cannot contact.
Can anyone guide me? Does anyone know if Mauli Motors & Services does this work? Anyone from around there can provide me their contact number?
It is really stupid of the government to make it so difficult for people who have moved from one location to another, even within the state to a different vendor's zone.

I had an extensive email discussion with mhsrp customer support. They are not authorized to reissue stickers for cars registered after April 2019. You must go via dealers for such cars. In my case, Bavaria, Pune ordered it for my X3. Took about a week to get it.

Can you please explain the circumstances?
1. Are you living in MH?
2. Are you living at the same address where the scooter is registered?
3. Are you at least living in the same Zone? If so, my situation is completely different.
4. What exactly does delivery & fitment mean? Is delivery to your home address and then you take it to the selected fitting garage for fitting? My understanding is that the fitment can only be done by their listed vendors.

Hi, a query were they able to rivet the plate onto the car? Or did they use bolts? In my case they had to use the OE bolts as the rivet could only fit 8 mm or smaller holes while the bolts are 10mm

My car is due for a service and I may ask the ASC to fit it if they can.

Mine also had OEM 10mm bolts.

However, he fitted all rivets easily.

Just that, at the Dicky end, there was some issue plugging in rivet, so a bit of drilling and adjustment had to be made.



The thing with these rivets is that, they need to push hard in socket, hold steady, and pull the rod with machine and the rivet will spread and fit properly inside to accomodate into hole.

Thanks for the reply. He did try 2-3 times on the front bumper but the rivet slipped out hence he told me that it will not fit in a 10mm hole. Hence he chose to fit with the OE bolts. Let me see if TKM ASC can help when I give the car for a service this month.

I have selected the same RMIL Centre opposite R-City Mall for getting the HSRP fitted on my Creta, which is scheduled for fitment tomorrow 8th Feb, the status shows plates have been Delivered at the Fitting Centre.



My driver had already gone to check the place out 2 weeks back and didn’t get the location in one go, it required some asking around to get the right location.

PS: Your 19 year old Innova in Light Green Mica Metallic looks absolutely immaculate! Had the same car albeit Petrol and in Silver Mica Metallic bought in 2005. Still regret selling it, was a solid piece of engineering from Toyota India back in the day.

I did mine through FTA. The worst of the lot, I assume. They rescheduled the initial appointment and then asked me to choose another fitment centre option. While it was far from my workplace, I still reached there. The entire saga is recorded in the below video. No wonder, it happened at a Tata showroom.

Rosmerta seems like a much better option and one can also choose home fitment at an extra cost.
