Hyundai Xcent removed from the brand's website

The Hyundai Xcent is no longer listed on the company's official website.

The Hyundai Aura, which was launched in January this year was supposed to replace the Xcent. However, Hyundai continued to sell the Xcent, albeit for fleet operators.

The Xcent was powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that made 82 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 114 Nm @ 4,000 rpm as well as a 1.2-litre diesel producing 74 BHP @ 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm @ 1,750-2,250 rpm. Both engines were paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Xcent Prime, which is primarily aimed at the taxi market, is still available. The car also gets a factory-fitted CNG kit and is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Xcent Prime also comes with an electronic speed limiter set at 80 km/h.

Re: Hyundai Xcent removed from the brand's website

In terms of a comfortable family vehicle, this was a good car. And now it lives on in the Aura.

As much as we criticise Hyundai, they keep bringing in regular updates/upgrades to their models.
