Highly unlikely, but could these possibly be an attempt to introduce a Ford Ranger EV?
About 3 years ago, there was news that Tata Motors will supply Nano body shells to Jayem Automotive to make EVs.
There was also news about a similar arrangement between Mahindra and Ford, where Ford would supply Aspire body shells to Mahindra, who would then install EV power trains in them. Neither of These materialised though.

Dates?

Imho, I don't think it'll be a raptor, but a normal ranger.
