Toyota RAV4 coming to India as a CBU import

Spotted Totoya RAV4 Hybrid undergoing testing by ARAI. It had some blue coloured cladding/equipment on rear bumper, front side panels and roof. Outside rear view mirrors have cameras, so definitely has ADAS.

What could be the function of the round white cylinder, with a blue segment, mounted on the roof?
A similar thing is there in the rear bumper.

Most likely related to ARAI testing equipment. Yesterday saw Lexus LS500h with similar setup.

Seems Toyota is testing the RAV4 extensively, here are some pics of the ARAI testing on the Ahmedabad Gandhinagar Highway (SG Road) taken last Friday.
