re: Maruti Vitara Brezza 1.5L petrol. Edit: Launched at Rs 7.34 lakh

Anybody has any concrete info on when this is launching? The dealership I spoke to was clueless when I said its launching on the 15th. Similarly a Nexa dealer told me the Ignis launch will be on 22nd. He was also clueless on S-Cross petrol launch and said it will launch in March.

Suzuki has tweaked the variant wise feature distribution a bit for the new Brezza. No mention of 'Electronic Stability Program' though. Only 'Hill Hold' is additional for Automatic variants.

DRLs from VXI onwards . I really want those lights on my Brezza. They've made the feature distribution much better. ZXI finally gets a touchscreen infotainment system but there's no reverse parking camera. I have a feeling that the sales will take a huge hit because the USP of the Brezza was the mileage which has gone down considerably.

re: Maruti Vitara Brezza 1.5L petrol. Edit: Launched at Rs 7.34 lakh

So, as per the report published in Car Dekho variants distribution are almost clear, as per this link :

https://www.google.co.in/amp/s/www.c...18.htm%3famp=1

• Metallic Sizzling Red (new)
• Autumn Orange
• Granite Grey
• Pearl Arctic White
• Premium Silver
• Torque Blue (new)
• Granite Grey with Autumn Orange roof (new)

• Torque Blue with Midnight Black roof (new).

Standard safety features:

• Dual front airbags

Maruti Vitara Brezza LXI MT Features Exterior:

• 16-inch steel wheels

• LED tail lamps
• Body-coloured door handles and body-coloured bumpers.
• ORVMs, turn indicators on ORVMs and

Convenience:
• Manual day/night IRVM,

• Manual AC
• Central locking with keyless entry, •Electrically adjustable ORVMs
• Tilt-adjustable steering.
• Infotainment: 2-DIN music system with Bluetooth and FM.

• Maruti Vitara Brezza VXI MT/AT ,Features (over LXI):

Safety: Hill Hold (AT only).

Variants are re-jiged,I usually say in maruti Zxi/zdi variants are value for money and Zxi/Zdi plus are quality for money in the above variant distribution ,ZXI still remains value for money Infact we can add (Auto Irvm, Reverse camera,Front armrest & Auto folding Orvms without even voiding warranty) but only for Auto headlamps & Auto wipers some tweaks may be required it can also be done not sure though. Zxi plus isn’t quality for money now even the dual tone can be managed.

re: Maruti Vitara Brezza 1.5L petrol. Edit: Launched at Rs 7.34 lakh

Feature distribution is nice. For someone on a tight budget, LXi variant makes complete sense. It gets standard safety (if there is ) features, all four power windows, basic infotainment system, projector headlights and body coloured handles and ORVMs. This variant would be my recommendation because everything else, engine + mechanicals + space + quality, remains the same as top-of-the-line variants. Spend 30k on a set of alloy wheels and fog lamps and you have a practical no non-sense car that also looks amazing.

Height adjustable driver seat available only in top variant is not good, this is an essential requirement rather than anything to do with premium or convenience features.

15 February has come and gone, has the car been launched? Did I miss it or was it a ploy by Maruti? I would love to see the finer details of the car as well as it's pricing. The brochure for petrol Brezza is not yet available.

Here's information on the Toyota version of the Brezza. Wonder what they are going to call it? Wouldn't be surprised if the Ciaz replaces the Corolla in Toyota showrooms

They are not selling the diesel, they won't sell Petrol till April, so for March they won't sell a single Brezza? I find it difficult to believe.
