Here is a screenshot from the official website showing the new design in all its glory. Looks better than the current version is what I feel. Resembles a bit like the Honda WRV from the front.

Nexon EV was officially presented today and the top end version has a Sunroof. Please correct me if I'm wrong, its going to be the first TATA with Sunroof fitted at factory level itself right? So it is safe to assume the face-lift will also get the same right?

I think the facelift ( and therefore the EV since both will look very similar ) looks much better than the outgoing version.
Front looks much more matured, I really like the design of the headlights, helps silence some of those "looks like an indica" people, but the rear however is still cluttered it seems.

They should've focused on the rear, make it more suv like than hatch like.

Nexon EV has the same DRL design as we have seen on these spyshots. It is different from the previous gen . Feels like overkill to me. Could have gone with just one single element instead of two. Looks like they want the Tri-arrow pattern in everything.
I do like the new face but the tail lights are once again very complicated. even a simple tail light with some LED elements would have changed the look completely. Either ways I think the Nexon EV numbers are going to depend on its actual real time range.

Can we expect the facelift to be launched as the BS6 Version or will there be another 6 or more months wait to see this new styling on the road?

I would assume that on the point of manufacturing feasibility , it would be good for TATA to bring BS6 versions with Nexon EV styling. If it is so, I am eager to book one.

Yes. Looking at spy pics above with test kit on, it is indeed the facelift which is similar to EV. I am sold for the new matured look of the car.

Caught on the streets of Pune, possibly in it's BS-6 facelift iteration, by our friendly neighbourhood Autospy.

There was also an Altroz test mule lurking around with this Nexon, but it zipped by so fast that it could not be caught on camera. Quite possibly the 100PS petrol variant on test, which is scheduled to come out by Diwali 2020.

Is the Nexon getting the sunroof in the facelift? The new front fascia looks good and addition of a sunroof should really give its sales some kind of booster dose. I really think the Nexon is one of the best offerings from Tata besides the Tiago and hope it continues to do as well as it can.

The heavily updated Tata Nexon is ready for launch. Of course, it looks similar to the Nexon EV, giving it a mini Harrier look.
