Mercedes-Benz will launch exclusive AMG service bays at AMG Performance Centres across India, the first of which has been inaugurated in Pune.



According to Mercedes-Benz, the AMG service bays will offer priority and personalized service with shorter turnaround times. Customers will have dedicated service advisors and diagnostic engineers. Also, while the car is being serviced, customers will be able to monitor the progress and directly interact with the technicians if required.

Technicians and staff that will service cars have received training in Affalterbach, Germany and the Mercedes-Benz Academy. Special tools and kits provided by AMG will be used to service these cars. Further, in case a specific spare part is not available at the workshop, the part will be imported without any additional cost to the customer.

Since only AMG and specialty cars will be serviced at these bays, the work spaces have been designed to look like motorsport pit stops.
