Drove the S11. My impressions -
# The new engine’s grunt, refinement can be felt.
# The GB is good but engaging reverse requires more than a firm hand.
# Brakes are bigger but I couldn’t gauge as to how much improved they are.
# Suspension is good in absorbing road irregularities. It is absorbent. I liked this much more than anything else.
# The dashboard is same and the gearbox area has storage for your mobile phone.
# Absolutely same hard plastics and absolutely no storage anywhere (as it was earlier). Same gates and the same flimsy door handle.

Feels as a new, improved Scorpio to drive. Desirable, not yet? Let Mahindra improve the interiors and overall quality/finesse. Just have a look at Storme’s gates/dashboard, the rear boot area, the hatch’s inside. Improve them M&M. Maybe in the next iteration. As of now my 4WD, S10 would suffice.

So it looks like the suspension is improved. At least Mahindra seems to be working towards fixing one of the know gremlins of the car.
