Police unearth workshop of stolen cars in Delhi!

As shown in some movie, the best place to search for a lost car would be the nearest chor bazaar. One might identify the spares of his car if he is fortunate.

This is a common practice everywhere. Why so much shock at this news? The cops are all hand in gloves with these miscreants and its a well developed nexus. And we as car owners are to be blamed for it since we created the market for cheap spares. Don't you know where that spare would have likely come from? Every city has its own dedicated market where you can get parts for any and every car right from the engine to the smallest nut. In Delhi we must have many, Mayapuri and Kashmere Gate are the two that I know of.
