i think you mean with and without camouflage. How does it compare in size to duster/creta/ecosport

Thanks, corrected the typo now.

Leave alone the Duster and Creta. It looks even smaller than Ecosport. I was actually pleasantly surprised when i saw the latest pics. I really hope Maruti launches the dual tone version. The one i saw was Full White ZDI+.

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

Looks brilliant, for a Maruti! If only they offered a Coupe version...

What is the expected pricing on this Mates?

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

For people who are wishing 90bhp mill and 10K+ sales per month, let us look at the market from Maruti's perspective. After S-cross sales debacle due to wrong pricing and at the same time Baleno burning the sales chart due to spot on pricing, the message is very clear from the market. "If it is Maruti, we want it cheap or at least Value for Money but not premium". So of today NEXA looks like failure if we are talking about "premium offerings".

Going by the stunning looks some of us are predicting 10K+ monthly sales. If they plonk 90 bhp mill, I am sure starting price will be on higher side compared to a 75bhp offering (going by Diesel only offering news). If they offer 90 bhp we the BHP-ians will praise it but relatively higher base variant price will keep away good amount of crowd and the associated buzz.

Especially for Maruti's target market, I am sure 80-90% of the buyers will purely go by the looks & the pricing but not by the BHP of the Brezza. Having Said that I feel Maruti should offer Dual-tone top end with 90 bhp VGT (wishful thinking of 1.6L) for remaining 10-20% market. I feel 1000-2000 copies of 90 bhp models per month is still a healthy number if MSIL strikes 10K+ sales per month.

EcoSport looks bigger/ longer due to it having the spare wheel on its tailgate. Yes I too have seen this car.

Dual color will only be on its top variant.

Duster and Creta are in a different segment( > 4m)

Speculated pricing is 6.5 L ex showroom. ( DDiS200- 90HP- VGT)

Will Maruti Suzuki have the 74 HP and 90 HP ( only on top variant) have to be seen at launch!

The images are from http://enchantedtech.com/autoexpo/ where in you can create a carpie (like a selfie). After you go through first 4-5 steps the last one is where you have a choice to add one Brezza pic out of the 3 options (which have been uploaded in my previous post). These pics seem to be official.

Hats off to you for finding this! You have unofficially unveiled the Vitara Brezza.

They've seen your post and the link now gives a 404 error.

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

Is it just me who thinks that a regular version (non sub 4M) could have taken the regular compact SUVs like Duster/Creta seriously than S-Cross. Looks to me in the current form Vitara Brezza will fight with Ecosport/TUV300/Tata's NEXON and not the segment above.

looks like maruti or associated company is watching this forum closely for sometime. Maybe that is why they picked up dual tone for top variant. Tbhpians have been sharing some dual tone sketches for some of the other vehicles.
Add to that this images being removed after being posted here.
BTW the link says 404

Hahaha...No I don't work for the Ad agency or for MS. I'm just a car enthusiast like most of us here with daily desk job for a Oil and Gas Engineering Consulting firm.

In fact I saw a carpie of someone for auto expo 2016 on twitter and started digging deeper into what this carpie is all about and thought of giving it a try. That's how I stumbled on these images

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

This is going to be the next blockbuster to Maruti, it seems.
The news update is that its coming with Diesel (only) thru the initial phase! Now really interesting to see the version of diesel on offer. 90 BHP should be there IMHO. Maruti must launch the 1L boosterjet turbo petrol to Indian market ASAP.

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

Maruti seems to have found a new and better master chef for their restaurant. Their recent servings have been amazing. The Ciaz, Baleno and now the Brezza, they all look good and more importantly, desirable. (even the S-Cross has a potential of looking better with some alloys and some tinkering here and there).

Hope they don't mess up the pricing of this and we are looking at another runaway success just like the Baleno.

With Maruti getting in the territories of other manufacturers' best sellers (i20 elite vs Baleno, Ecosport vs Brezza) I wonder whats going to happen to their market share in the coming years. This car market is like the WWE Royal Rumble we used to enjoy as kids where the last two survivors are going to be Maruti and Hyundai !

Re: The Maruti Vitara Brezza Compact SUV

What a looker!! This will for sure kill the sale of the EcoSport and TUV, even hit the Creta as my guess would be that pricing would be more or less similar to EcoSport. I am just hoping and praying that Maruti does not give a miss to offering an AT, a petrol AT in the top end version and I would have found a replacement to my swift.
