I am wonedring how can toyota say that

, “It’s because you did not collide properly”.

Haven't they seen the car yet, bumper is gone, how else they want us to collide.

Lots of cars are facing this ( air bags did not deployed), or being re-called for faulty airbags, this is really raising a red flag in my head.
