Tried multiple times to register my Cruze but received a consistent error message 'please enter a valid 17 digit VIN'.

Theres a similar app for specifically for Mahindra XUV5OO in both Android & iOS :

Android : Link
iOS : Link

These apps could be a very useful not only for us owners but also for the companies to keep track of the vehicle performance and maybe even to provide emergency services more efficiently.

Hi all, I do not trust the dealership network of GM firstly. Secondly, They are pathetic in providing customer service at the A.S.C (Noida one is the worst) when a customer approaches in person. So going by the poor and unprofessional attitude of the dealers to give proper customer assistence at A.S.C; I opine this road side assistence is also nothing more then a gimmick.

thanks

AD

PS: The Noida ASC ruined my Optra.

Seeing how their services are free after the annual fee has been paid, I wonder what would keep them from having an IVR saying, "None of our service agents are available at this moment; please contact us later."

Having a service where we pay a discounted per-incident fee after having paid a nominal annual membership fee would seem more reassuring - at least they have to attend to the customers to claim the per-incident fee. Maruti provides their mobile van service to attend to broken-down vehicles by charging a nominal per-incident fee without any annual fee.

Then again, the technicians would probably just prepare a bill for the per-incident fee and then demand to receive a separate fee without having any bill to hand over for the cash received, leaving one to suspect if there's some kind of a scam involved - this is how Exide's BAT mobile works.
