Figo Aspire Petrol starts at INR 4.9 Lakhs while Diesel starts at INR 5.9 Lakhs. The AT variant is priced at INR 7.9 Lakhs.

Finally after two shocking prices from Hyundai and Maruti, we have a pleasant surprise from Ford !! An already fantastic car just got much better with brilliant prices!

And with airbags as standard, asking anything more from Ford would just be greed

I think we have a winner from Ford now and I expect to see around 8k units from the Aspire, while the Dezire remains unaffected as always !

At these prices the AT with Titanium+ option is still a very good option. Strange that the AT does not get the option of 6 airbags and Sync at these competitive prices.

Excellent pricing by Ford. Only disappointment is the absence of ABS on Trend variant. Titanium variant is perfect for most needs. With Titanium+ offering 6 Airbags. Many cars in the above segment too dont offer it!

As I said before, this is just superb pricing by Ford. The Aspire looks good, is powerful, should be reasonably fuel-efficient too, comes with an optional automatic variant (a proper Dual Clutch Transmission at that!), offers two airbags as standard across the range and still undercuts the competition when it comes to pricing. Okay, the Zest is priced lesser but its not setting the sales chart on fire anyway.

The Aspire deserves to sell well. Good job Ford!

What a stunning price tag! Not only is it easily the safest car in its class, it's also got the highest power-to-weight ratios (for the diesel MT & petrol AT) in its class. And now it turns out to be the most value-for-money offering in its class.

Ford India, take a bow!

Unlike some manufacturers who demand shockingly high premiums for the diesel variants, Ford are charging only one lac rupees more for the 100 PS 1.5 TDCi (over the 88 PS 1.2 Ti-VCT).

This is going to shake up the sub-4m sedan segment for good!

This, probably is the best pricing I've seen in recent times. We've got to appreciate Ford for making dual front airbags as standard; That sure made a positive impression that they care about passenger safety.
