Mahindra &Mahindra's automaking division can be reached on phone through their "With You Hamesha" telephone assistance, through which operators handle queries from car prices to service intervals and other details about Mahindra's vehicle range. Now, this telephone support has moved online in the form of the www.withyouhamesha.com website, through which Mahindra owners can access a range of information about their vehicles' service histories apart from other information such as cost of service, vehicle maintenance tips, etc. Here are the high points of the online With You Hamesha service from Mahindra &Mahindra,

The most interactive section of the website has to be the MyMahindra section of the WithYouHamesha website.

Excellent initiative by Mahindra. This makes it all the more easier to schedule services and keep a record of the services. They are leaving no stone unturned to retain their top position.

Registration is not succeeding properly. Looks like the dealer side database is not completely updated into this website yet. I tried registering my Xylo, but it rejected saying "Contact your local dealer and update Dealer Management System".

My local dealer showed me that DMS has my complete details in his system. Dont know where the issue is.

My registration went through fine and the entire service history is available online. Very nice initiative from Mahindra

I too was getting the same error message but then I realized that I was entering the last 10 digits of the chassis number instead of 8, I was able to register successfully.

This app is also available for Android phones.

Are you sure you have the entire service history visible online? I thought only the most recent 5 services can be viewed online.

Surprising that you couldn't see anything on the website!

After buying the XUV, I had visited the service station once and post logging on to the website, it had details of service date, kms on ODO, SA, Service Cost - even the break up of labour and parts!!

It took some effort to register. i had to call the help line as well as my dealer and I was informed that I will get a call back. I got a message that I must contact my dealer to update the database. Nothing happened for a couple of days then I tried again and I could get it done. Its a good initiative, especially the service history and the service cost etc. Now waiting to see how the service centre manages to make a mess of it despite all this effort.

This is actually pretty good. I am able to see last 5-6 service visits including the ones where i was not charged (under warranty cover).

It would prove helpful if one wants to purchase a used M&M vehicle and has access to chassis and engine #.

A recent visit to MMASS got reflected at this site accurately within 48 hours. Also notices that the workshop now has a big board tracking 'stars' each advisor is given by customers. Probably working towards an 'Employee of the Month' award thing.

Must say over the 4 years that I have been going to the workshop, this was the only time I saw the staff looking sharp and working efficiently.

M&M has also launched an app for this website.

I am yet to register as it says to contact the dealer to get my details updated! This, after 4 months of purchase! How much time do they need to update their records? Have written to the CC and they have promised to get it done soon. Let's see.

I guess it would help if suggestions for enhancements too are voiced out by Mahindra customers. I am sure that the product managers of the app/site would definitely be going through this thread.

A couple of days ago, I found some inaccuracy with the data available there at the service cost facility on www.withyouhamesha.com. For the 20,000km service, it showed some Rs.15,xxx which I thought was definitely wrong.

I contacted Mahindra & Mahindra stating the issue. As expected, got a prompt reply today after having the issue resolved.

Way to go and grow !
