Maruti cars generally have always some discounts going on, this is advertise in Pune Sakal news paper on 5th Feb.

Please compare this with your discount, may be there is further chance of discounts , as it is 2016 car.

I am looking for a diesel Hatch back/ CS in the budget range of 6-8L (on-road), Figo and Figo Aspire seems to be a good option, is there any discounts being given? Tiago XZ is another option, but I don't thing TATA would give any discounts on that.

Depends on the variant you are looking at. The standard offer of Ford is cash discount of Rs.5000/- and Exchange bonus of 7000/-. In addition to the above there may be some discounts at the dealer level. This is of course for February.

The Titanium "sports" variant may be available in April 2017.

Just as a notice on this thread, CKD operations for the Jaguar XF have begun and the prices are dropped by 2L on the base and mid variant and 2.75L on the top-end variant.

On the remaining CBU cars which are left with them they are giving a discount of 2.5L.

Friends, I have recently booked a BMW 320d Sport Line. The discount offered without much haggling was 8 lakhs. This is in the NCR.

Had a look and test drive of Jaguar XE portfolio edition. Discount offered was 5 lakhs bringing the on road price at 50 lakhs approximately.

Audi A4 , the new one in diesel 35 TDI discount offered approximately 3 lakhs.

Audi Q3 for 2016 manufactured models for Technology( which was called Premium Plus earlier), discount offered was 5.5 lakhs.
