Spotted - 3rd Gen Civic

Could not locate any previous thread for the same, therefore starting a new one.

Mods - Kindly help to merge if a thread already exists.

Was at Lower Parel, Mumbai yesterday when I saw a thrid generation Honda Civic ahead of me at a signal. The car looked as if it was right out of the showroom.

Guys any idea if Honda is planning to launch the new Civic soon.

Rear is looking bad IMO,current civic is far better then this.

Awesome find Honda-dude, lets hope Honda addresses the ground clearance issues. Wish you had some pics of the front as well.

Thanks fret. actually we were moving in bumper to bumper traffic so could not go ahead of him.

The front however looked killer compared to the current gen

Buddy that's the US spec Civic.That car has been in Bombay since many years.There are many pictures of this car on the forum.

It's not the new Civic. This is the current generation NA-Spec Civic sedan. Probably, somebody would have imported it privately.

Are you sure this is the new civic? The tail lights look like its the american civic.

That's the USDM (American Market Civic) version.

American Consulate has one of such in white; usually seen in BKC, Mumbai

Sorry mate! thats the Eight generation Civic sold in US. They infact had a reiteration after this for the Civic SI with a two door version and different tail lamps.

its USDM 8th Gen civic.
