Reviews of Coverfox Insurance?

I was using coverfox for more than 5 years now. Never had to claim insurance payout. Renewals were through them for sheer convenience and for their reminders.

Just tried accessing the site from outside India and it is no longer accessible from UK! Came to T-Bhp to check whether they are still functioning and read the reviews here.

Looks like I am better off with purchasing directly from an insurer. Thank you all for sharing your experiences.
