My god!!! It seems there is something seriously wrong with the whole scenario! You cannot blame the car, nor Fiat, nor Tata. The only one capable of being blamed is the TATA-Fiat alliance. What is the way out of it now???

Really bad experience. And brake pads wearing out so fast should not happen.

I am not from Banglore, but here at TBHP, I have seen many issues with prerna motors being brought up

Brake pads wearing does not have anything to do with the dealership, but they should have checked it during service.

However, how did the brake pads give up so fast?

Well I believe my car's brake pads wear out quite fast (20k kms usually) but then I drive hard & fast so that's understandable. But even then 13.5k on a new car (I hope you ran her in gently) is way too early.

I don't think any Manufacturer will give warranty for Brake Pads

After the Fuel Pump replacement I had last week (refer this thread) http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/long-t...breakdown.html
the Manager of Prerana called me in the morning around 10-30 and asked me if I can drop by for a check up. He said that they just wanted to make sure if every things OK.

4-30 PM I go to the service station, they checked up the ECU declared everything OK.

Then the guys took it for a FREE wash & Interior cleaning (it was quite dirty after yesterday's rain).

Icing on the cake, they offered to polish off some minor scratches on the bonnet. I was like why not?

The two hours I spent there, It was hard to believe that it was a TATA-FIAT A-S-C.

Its was not just me, while I was there another 1.6 guy came for some minor query and even he was attended quite well.

cheers:
This is promising. wait. was this because the way you handled them? Any ways, it is nice to know that they caring the customer.
