All my support to you. I am sure the higher court will uphold your stand. Had this been in the US, the dealer would have been out of business I guess. Meanwhile, what is Honda CRM smoking? I did not have a great experience with them and hence asking.
Maybe you missed some basics while buying a car which is to check for manufacturing date which can be decoded from the VIN even if the dealer did not tell you outright.
I agree with what others said about rusting in Honda cars. Photos would be helpful to determine if they are really serious.
Setting that aside, My view is simply to compensate you for the mental trauma you would have gone through looking at someone's name in Honda records, which would be higher than Amaze's on-road cost! I don't agree with that it doesn't have an impact because companies like Spinny and Cars24 look at Honda service records and the number of visits for rusting and other issues plus a different name for the first 3 services will give them an upper hand in negotiations when you sell your car in future. Experts can correct me here if I am wrong. Please do keep us posted on the outcome of the case. Thanks

Yet another scam by "PRIDE HONDA".

They're Collecting logistic charges which is illegal. Also, they're inflating the road taxes by a small margin. They might be even doing many such things without our knowledge.

Don't know what kind of business they're doing.

- Yes, It would have been different if such things happen in USA.
- I'm having huge respect towards Indian law and court. I hope i'll get justice in the higher court as well.
- Honda's CRM is a joke. The less said the better.
- The dealership didn't provide me a VIN number even after asking for several times. The Sales advisor said that, the vehicle was in transit and practically it's not possible to share VIN. He assured me that the vehicle is freshly lifted from the plant. Believing their words, we have taken delivery of the vehicle.
- Yes, The Mental trauma was beyond imagination.
- Yes, Companies like cars24 and spinny thoroughly checks the service history of any vehicle(for repair history / number of ownerships). This does effect the resale value.
