Nippon Group (of Toyota fame) to start new Tata service centers in Kerala

As per one of the newspaper advertisements, Nippon Group which is famous for Toyota service centers in Kerala is currently hiring for new showroom and service center staffs across multiple location in Kerala under brand name Luxon Motors. This will certainly elevate quality of service in Kerala for Tata.

Wow!!!

That is great news for existing and prospective Tata customers. Add to that, recognition of Tata motors as the second largest selling car brand in Kerala currently. That is, assuming Luxon motors will have the same customer centric approach of Nippon Toyota.

psst.. There were rumours of a new group opening Toyota dealerships in south Kerala and that Nippon Toyota was on the verge of closing. Unlikely as it may sound, any reason for the rumours to float?

Most of the locations mentioned in the ad already have service centres from Gokulam/MK/Malayalam, but they are very crowded right now. So a welcome move indeed.

If the customer satisfaction of Nippon Toyota is anything to go by, this will be a welcome change for Tata customers (old and new alike). I hope they maintain the same standards. Cheers to all...

Well, that's a good news. Good to see more Tata dealerships opening in our state. Luxon Tata being a wing of Nippon group, is definitely a confidence booster to the existing customers and those considering Tata cars.

Slightly off topic, does anyone know when is Kairali Toyota dealership going to start its operations in Kochi? I just saw a few advertisement banners of the same on roadside.

You might've noticed already, MGF group has opened a Toyota dealership in Trivandrum (Kairali Toyota). To patch up the loss of Ford maybe.

Incheon Kia, the sister concern of Nippon Toyota and erstwhile Geeyem Motors (which was a dealership of Chevrolet that has now renamed itself to Luxon Motors and is a dealership of Tata) is expanding in Kerala, with many showrooms planned to open, they have taken over a few dealerships of others/converted their existing dealerships and are planning to expand their dealer network, Good news for Kia owners in Central Kerala.
