Good Place in Bangalore to repair Maruti ??

all right im feed up with Prtham motors they screwed up my Aircon last time and when i gave it for rapair the stupid little squirt there said
I gave my car for service and complained that the aircon wasnt cooling properly..
Next day when I go to collect the Car i see that they have charged me some 800-1000 bux for inspecting the aircon.. I figure ok they have done something so it should work now..
but no it doesnt work its still the same as before.. and when i question the guy who was incharge of my car this is what he said,
"we checked it sir if it gives problem again we will repair it next time"

I mean - why did i complain about it for?? for him to check it ? no i wanted that lazy imbecile to reapit it not check it and charge me for it

They are sad really sad.. After my last service to them my mileage has gone down from the average i used to get 10ish to 7-8

I used to give the car to fast cars but they too arent soo good anymore

I also need some body work done, have a few dents here and there

can anyone suggest a good workshop that wont rip you off and where we could actually get some repairs done?

My car is currently at U.M Motors in Indranagar.I prefer their sevice to bimal anyday .. I know the workshop managers very well,..hence my car gets special treatment.

Try Surakshaa at Audogodi near MICO bosch or the other one at bomanahalli hosur road. they are pretty good.

If the car's under warranty then a better option is Mandovi as they replace parts under warranty whereas surakshaa is only for service.

MICO bosch as in the small one near the MICO bosch factory. It is headed by Ramurthy who is a good friend of mine.

Lokesh is not in MICO bosch but in Bommannahalli, Simple go there and tell Lokesh that u r from team-bhp and u know a few of us...
In general its a good service...I go early at 8:15AM on my service days, sit and watch the service of my car and come back by noon...

gregory,

somehow i m not comfortable with the dealers who also have service centers. somehow their attention is given more towards sales than service. so i always give my car to an authorized service station (in my case green cars koramangala), since they are dedicated in what they do (their core strength is servicing, not selling).

try them once. i ve pm'ed you the details.

I'd go with Mandovi anyday. I've had an Esteem, a Zen and now the Swift VDi and their service levels are commendable. Plus, being a MASS I know the spares will be genuine and if there is ever a screw up, I can resort to an email to MUL and action will be taken. To cut a long story short, Mandovi Motors are great for servicing.

I suggest the following three workshops:
- Sureksha (Hosur Road near Bommanahalli)
- Mandovi Motors (Wilson Gardon)
- Green Cars (Koramangala)

Personally I have dealt with Mandovi (Wilson garden) workshop and which I feel they are very good. Also the others are based on my friends experiences.

ok sorry for the late reply,, in the end I had no other option but to give it back to pratham motots :( they did a okish jog but there wires haning below the dashboard now

I live around Sadashivanagar area, anything better this area or close by?
